Chesapeake

The history of BCGC INC began in 1981 when Charlie Cabrera became a licensed general contractor. Charlie started C & F Construction with his former partner, Kim Fischer. They parted ways in the 1986 and Charlie established Chesapeake Construction. Chesapeake specialized in automotive dealerships and a wide variety of commercial and industrial construction. Over the years, Chesapeake evolved into a design-build company. Charlie realized he could save his clients money by being involved early in the development of a project. Chesapeake became a true design-build firm when architect Ben Cabrera joined Charlie to form Chesapeake Development. Unlike many architects, Ben has hands on experience in construction, project management, and supervision. Chesapeake has a great team of professionals and tradesman to provide turnkey development and delivery of your project.
